I.Participation Rules:

1. The competition is addressed to all fireshow groups that meet the requirements listed in these Regulations.

2. Applications for the Competition should be sent by e-mail (dchlibiuk@gmail.com) before the 10th August. Applications delivered after this time will not be taken into account.

The Organizers, immediately after receiving the applications, are obliged to inform the candidates about this.

3. In order to be admitted into the Competition candidates should present promotional materials (video clips). The participants will be chosen on the basis of those materials.

4. The Organizers receive the right to accept additionally maximum two fireshow groups that, on the first day of Festival, will report to the Organizers their willingness to take part in the Competition.

II.Detailed Regulations of Main Fireshow Competition:

5.Every fireshow group have an absolute duty to have one person responsible for the safety of the group and for the backstage during the performance - a so-called? technical person? who do not take part directly in the performance but who stays backstage during the show.

6. On a training meeting every fireshow group will be obliged to present the equipment they will use during the performance. The meeting will be organized on the day of the Competition, time of the meeting will be announced by the Organizers. The equipment posing a threat to the safety of performers or spectators will not be accepted.

7. Every participant of the Competition take full responsibility for the savety use of the fireshow equipment.

8. The Organizers will supply the groups with fuel needed for the show. It should be noted that the maximum amount of fuel used in the performance is 5l. The performers mustn?t use any other fuel, only one received from the Organizers.

9.The participants have time limit for their show ? 10min. If the performance is longer, the Organizers have a right to end the show.

10.The minors who want to participate in the Competition are obliged to provide the Organizers with a written parental or guardian consent. There is a model consent attached to these Regulations.

11.The Organizers do not take responsibility for damage done on the Convention area and not made deliberately by the Organizers.

12.Drinking alcohol and taking any narcotic drugs is strictly forbidden on the day of Competition. Persons under the influence of alcohol or narcotic drugs will not be allowed to take part in the Competition.
