I have acknowledged the Rules and Regulations as well as the programme of LJC.
I hereby declare that I am fully aware of the potential dangers connected with fireshows, training sessions and workshops such as bruises, abrasions, burns etc. What is more, I am aware that all possible accidents may result in severe bodily injury.
I allow my son/daughter/protege* to take such risk and I will not take any legal action or file charges against organizers of LJC in case of any serious accident (independent of the organizers) should take place.
