Aerial silks (classes in English)
Sztukmistrze Foundation and the Center for the Meeting of Cultures invite you to aerial silks classes for adults!
Anyone can try!
All classes will take place in the ballet room of the Center for the Meeting of Cultures (Plac Teatralny 1).
A new groups for beginners:
Sundays 18.30-20.00, the first lesson on January 16Registration will only be possible via the online form available here:

Classes will be held once a week.
Costs:
One class ticket – 35zł.
4 classes ticket – 140zł. – valid for one month
8 classes ticket – 280zł. – valid for two months

The courses are intended for people over 16 years of age. People under 18 who want to participate in the course need the consent of their parents / guardians to participate.
Please bring a bottle of water and a sports outfit:
– no straps or zippers
– leggings minimum to the calves
– a body or a T-shirt that covers the armpits and shoulders

Attention! People without proper attire will not be allowed to climb onto the prop.
